Billing Gateway

  • Vodia PBX

Vodia is a PBX software that runs on Windows, Linux, and offers advanced features such as call queues, auto attendants, call forwarding, and multi-tenancy. This software doesn't have its own billing solution. It uses NEON and does billing through it. NEON brings data from Vodia to its system and then do reportingbilling and monitoring of this data.

  • VoIPNow

VOIPNow is a cloud communications platform built for service providers, organizations, and resellers with a need for voice, presence, video, conferencing, instant messaging, faxing, and contact centre features. There are more than 12,000 service providers using this software around the world. There is no billing functionality built into this software. It uses NEON and does billing through it. Data from VoipNow is imported into NEON's system, and then the data is monitored, billed and reported on.

  • VoIP.ms

VoIP.ms, founded in 2007, is a Montreal-based business focused on Voice over IP (VoIP). A wide range of standard telephony features and advanced communication features are available with VoIP.ms. There is no billing functionality built into VoIP. It uses NEON and does billing through it. Data from VoIP.ms is imported into NEON's system, and then the data is monitored, billed and reported on.

  • Connex

Connex was founded in 1996 and is a member of the Malar Group of Companies. Its business is to provide network communications solutions, including the design, installation, integration, maintenance, and management of wired and wireless networks, in partnership with the world's leading manufacturers and software companies. There is no billing functionality built into this software. It uses NEON and does billing through it. Data from Connex is imported into NEON's system, and then the data is monitored, billed and reported on.

Payment Gateway

  • Cardnox (Payment Gateway)

NEON has recently added a new payment gateway Cardknox. The interface of this system is user-friendly and displays all the information you need to manage payments. Now customers of NEON can do payments through Cardknox easily.

  • Authorize.net (Payment)

Authorize.Net is a US-based payment gateway service provider, that NEON has recently added to its system. It allows allowing merchants to accept credit card and electronic check payments through their website and over an Internet Protocol connection. Through authorize.net, customers of NEON can now make payments easily online.

SMS Billing

  • Alaris Lab

The Alaris messaging toolkit is a set of tools designed to help operators and aggregators run their messaging business efficiently. There is no billing functionality built into Alaris Lab. It uses NEON and does billing through it. Data from Alaris Lab is imported into NEON's system, and then the data is monitored, billed and reported on.
